Using the tools

The tools are free to use for personal and commercial work. You are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to use them. Do not use the site to break the law, infringe other people’s rights, attack or overload the service, or try to gain access to areas you are not authorised to use.

Your content

Files you open in the tools are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. You keep all rights to them. The images, icons and codes you create are yours; we claim no rights over them.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We test them, but results depend on your browser and device and may be imperfect. Keep a copy of your original files, and check outputs (for example printed QR codes, colour-contrast results and favicon files) before relying on them. Information in tutorials and on tool pages is general guidance, not professional, legal or accessibility-compliance advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebAssetKit and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party services and links

The site may show advertising and link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Platform names (such as Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest) are trademarks of their owners, are used only to describe image sizes, and imply no affiliation.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or remove tools or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
